Seribu Islands Regent, Irmansyah instructs teachers of state elementary until senior high school Atap Sebira Island, Harapan Island Urban Village for more teaching and imparting education about the value of kindness. By so, it can form a good character and strong.

"Teacher position is remarkable, where they have a duty to cultivate the value of kindness to the students to become responsible person and character," he stated, Friday (8/11). 

According to him, teacher must have dreams and become encouraging and motivating students. One simple example is by getting used to throw the garbage in its place.

"So explore the dreams of students. So this is clear that they are able to realize by way of learning," he expressed.

Elementary-Senior High School Sebira Island Satu Atap State Principal, Jamil Fahmi said, his side will coordinate with teachers and will conduct evaluation every month.

"We'll apply it to make them more character and have good virtuous character," he closed.
